Order Processing:
Orders placed before 2PM will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Costs and Times:
Next Day Delivery:
For the products weighing up to 1kg, the cost of next business day delivery is the same as normal delivery fee. Products weighing more than 1kg incurs an additional charge of £1 plus the normal fee. Next business day delivery is only possible if orders are received before 10am.
Standard Delivery:
It takes 2 – 3 business days for normal shipping. These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location.
Please note:
we deliver from Monday to Saturday for both ‘Next Day Delivery’ and ‘Standard Delivery’.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at +442086484363 or venuscosmetics@yahoo.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
