We want you to be completely satisfied with your Venus Cosmetics purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Makeup products must be unused and hygienically sealed.
- Gift sets must be returned in their entirety.
How to Make a Return:
- We will send you a return QR code for a courier company; you will print the label from home or any outlet and send the parcel back to us.
- Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible) or suitable alternative.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- You will receive a notification email confirming your refund.
- Shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged items, incorrect order). In other words, if you receive a damaged item or an incorrect order due to our mistake, we will gladly issue a full refund for the item cost and the original shipping cost you paid
