At Venus Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is not excluded from returns (see below)
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetics
- Hair extensions that have been worn or opened from their packaging
- Personal care items (e.g., brushes, combs, etc.) once used
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the issue
- We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund
4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Email us with your order number
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Ship the item back to us at the provided address
Important:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
